4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
The platform and its content are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may access and view content for which you have obtained proper access, download materials only where an explicit download option is provided, and participate in available interactive features.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use and any applicable payment obligations, Smartinan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view platform content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, questions, or feedback, you grant Smartinan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Pricing
Prices for courses and subscriptions are displayed on the platform and are subject to change. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Smartinan reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future purchases.
6.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize the processing of your payment and agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. Smartinan does not store complete payment card details.
6.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the refund terms presented at the time of purchase. To request a refund, contact Smartinan at contact@smartinan.com within the applicable refund window. Smartinan reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Smartinan. Smartinan has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. 9. Limitation of Liability
